U sure data is correct? U have 500k at the left and 7B at the right. Which I beleive makes the ratio 14. Does it look like any sort of truth ?

It shows you what happened to the price in the past, it doesn't show you what will happen in the future...in the backtest, the sentiment profile changes with each candle...it completely disorients you...out of 10 trades, I took 2 with a risk-to-reward ratio of 2...very poor

It might be good for Futures or where you have a centralize volume It's doesn't work for Forex because you got only your brokers volume
